From Poetry-in-Motion to Poetry-in-Emotion

Renu Malhotra, MA, CCHt — Renu’s journey to Hypnotherapy took her from one world of complex systems working together in harmony to another – from performance racing engines and race cars to the mind/body/spirit of a person.  While those two worlds might seem unrelated there are some common themes – tuning, alignment, performance – and an appreciation of the beauty of systems working together at their best.  Poetry in Motion. Poetry in Emotion.

Renu first trained at the highly renowned Hypnotherapy Training Institute (HTI) in Northern California in 2005.  Renu has continued to develop her practice while still active in the field of motorsports, tuning engines and integrating data systems.  Renu has completed seven levels of training at HTI, as a Master Hypnotherapist and Regression Hypnotherapy Specialist, and  is accredited by the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners, A.C.H.E.  Renu also holds an M.A. in Engineering from Cambridge University, England.

The name “Zone Hypnotherapy” was inspired by the state of a race car driver operating at his or her best: “in the zone”.  The senses are receiving and interpreting information and the body is responding, faster than there is time to actively think about it.  It happens with a relaxed mental state, perception is heightened – and it feels awesome.
